Junior Accounts Trainee – Freight

About the role
We are looking for a junior‑level office trainee to join a busy freight forwarding accounts department. This entry‑level position is ideal for a recent college graduate or someone seeking their first office role in the freight sector.
Key responsibilities
- Check and verify invoices against purchase orders.
- Match incoming payments to outstanding invoices.
- Perform data entry and scanning of financial documents.
- Provide basic administrative support to the accounts team.
Required profile
- Junior level / college leaver seeking an office‑based role.
- Interest in freight forwarding and finance.
- Available to work Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm.
