About the role
We are looking for a Junior Air Conditioning Engineer to join our growing HVAC team in Berkshire. You will work on high‑end residential projects, handling installations, breakdowns and routine maintenance while developing your technical expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Carry out air‑conditioning installation projects for residential clients.
- Diagnose and repair breakdowns on HVAC systems.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and service visits.
- Travel to job sites across Berkshire and occasionally London using a company van.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in air‑conditioning or HVAC work.
- Motivation to develop skills and progress within a supportive senior team.
- Ability to work independently on a mobile basis.
