Junior Application Support Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Application Support Analyst to join a fast‑growing digital consumer business. You will be the first line of defence for a suite of interconnected platforms that drive orders, inventory and core business processes.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑line support for business applications and operational systems.
• Investigate and resolve issues related to orders, inventory, integrations and system workflows.
• Support testing, configuration and delivery of ongoing technology projects.
• Maintain documentation and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years’ experience in Application Support, IT Support or Business Systems Support.
• Experience supporting business applications, ERP platforms or ecommerce systems.
• Strong troubleshooting ability with a methodical, logical approach.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, able to manage multiple priorities.
