Junior Applications Technologist - Food & Beverage Innovation

About the Role

Are you passionate about food science and eager to turn innovative ingredients into delicious reality? We are looking for a hands-on Junior Applications Technologist to join our team, focusing on the end-to-end development of cutting-edge food and beverage prototypes.

Main Missions

• Develop, create, and test innovative food and beverage prototypes across various categories.
• Work extensively with diverse product formats including beverages, powders, dairy, and plant-based alternatives.
• Conduct rigorous sensory evaluations, assessing taste, sweetness, texture, and overall quality.
• Execute practical trials and translate complex experimental results into actionable technical insights.
• Provide technical support for key client projects and collaborate with external industry partners.

Candidate Profile

• Holds a degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or Nutrition.
• Demonstrates a genuine passion for hands-on product development and formulation.
• Possesses strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive learning mindset.
• Comfortable working in a laboratory or kitchen environment.
• Must have full right to work in the UK without sponsorship.
• Bonus points for internship experience or familiarity with sweeteners, flavors, and sports nutrition.
