Junior Architectural Technologist

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Architectural Technologist to join a thriving chartered architectural practice in Brighton. The role offers a hybrid working pattern after probation, with strong emphasis on training, progression to chartership and a comprehensive benefits package.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop architectural plans using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Manage the full lifecycle of residential projects, including refurbishments and extensions.
• Assist with measured building and land surveys and produce related documentation.
• Meet with clients to discuss design alterations and project requirements.
• Support the preparation of construction drawings and coordination with the survey team.

Required profile

• Junior Architectural Technologist or similar qualification.
• Proven experience with Revit (or comparable BIM software).
• Ability to commute to Brighton.
• Motivation to develop a long‑term career within a supportive practice.
