Junior AV Technician – Installations & Equipment Hire

About the role

We are looking for a recent graduate who is passionate about audio‑visual technology and wants to start a career with a specialist AV supplier and installer. The role offers full manufacturer training, a four‑day work week and a clear progression path to Senior AV Technician.

Key responsibilities

• Visit client sites across the UK to install permanent and temporary AV equipment.
• Consult with clients before projects to ensure they understand the equipment they will receive.
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete installations on schedule.
• Maintain company quality standards and adhere to health and safety regulations on site.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or entry‑level candidate with a strong interest in AV technology.
• Willingness to travel to client locations throughout the UK.
• Ability to follow technical instructions and work safely on site.
