Junior Bag Designer

About the role

AllSaints is looking for a Junior Bag Designer to join the Design team at our iconic East London Studios. You will support the creation of men’s and women’s bags, from research and concept development through to production hand‑over.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Product Development team to approve fabrics and garments for production.
• Support fit sampling and provide clear feedback to vendors.
• Manage and mentor junior assistants.
• Conduct research and develop designs under direction from the Creative Director and Head of Design.
• Apply pattern‑cutting skills and produce 3D moquettes to support specifications.
• Spec bags, hardware and create detailed tech packs for factories.
• Issue styles with specs, swatches and layouts, meeting critical path deadlines.

Required profile

• Passion for leather and bag design.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Meticulous design process with in‑depth research capabilities.
• Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek senior guidance.
• Degree in Fashion Design (bag focus preferred but not essential).
