About the role
We are looking for a Junior BID Manager / Coordinator to join a leading manufacturer of outdoor landscape products. You will support the sales team by managing the bidding process, pricing jobs and liaising with customers, with a clear pathway to progress to a BID Manager role.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in overseeing the full bidding process.
- Identify new business opportunities and compile competitive bids.
- Price jobs accurately and prepare proposal documentation.
- Liaise with customers throughout the bidding lifecycle.
- Support the expansion of the bid team as the business grows.
Required profile
- Construction or architectural background.
- Experience in pricing work and preparing proposals.
- Motivation to progress within a growing company.
