Junior Brand Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Brand Designer to join the marketing team at THG Experience. In this hands‑on position you will translate brand ideas into visual assets across digital, social, video, print and event channels, supporting both venue branding and broader brand initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design a wide range of assets including digital graphics, social media posts, audiovisual content, print collateral and event materials.
• Develop creative concepts and execute them into polished campaign assets, brochures, and venue touch‑points.
• Produce high‑quality designs using Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Collaborate with property teams, external production partners and printers to ensure accurate delivery.
• Maintain simple tracking systems to monitor project status and keep stakeholders informed.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of professional design experience with a portfolio that shows breadth across digital and print.
• Organised, adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities.
• Strong collaborative mindset and ability to work with internal teams and external partners.
• Attention to detail and pride in the final quality of every deliverable.
• Experience in hospitality, events or similar fast‑moving sectors is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Figma.
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Video editing and post‑production capabilities.
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines while bringing fresh ideas.
