Junior Business Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Analyst to join our Global Integration Team. This hybrid role will give you hands‑on experience on international IT projects within a fast‑paced logistics organisation, supporting business operations across the EMEA region.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior Business Analysts in gathering and documenting business requirements through workshops and meetings.
• Produce and maintain project artefacts such as Business Requirement drafts, User Manuals, Process Maps and training materials.
• Support business process mapping to ensure new system developments align with operational workflows.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing, execute test scripts, record defects and aid business users during testing.
• Act as a communication bridge between EMEA business users and technical IT teams.
• Help with project administration by tracking milestones, updating documentation and preparing progress reports.

Required profile

• Genuine interest in technology, business systems and global logistics.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proactive attitude, willingness to learn and ability to manage own workload.
• 0–2 years of experience in an IT, business or logistics environment (including internships or graduate placements).
• Degree in Business Administration, IT, Logistics or a related field is desirable.
