Junior Buyer – Influencer Purchasing (Entry Level)

About the role

This entry‑level position joins P&G’s fast‑expanding Brand Building Purchases team as an Influencer Junior Buyer. You will support globally recognised brands such as Gillette, Pampers, Head & Shoulders and Oral‑B, gaining hands‑on experience in sourcing, supplier management and cross‑functional collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic and day‑to‑day sourcing for social influencer management, creator content and agency partnerships.
• Own core purchasing duties including supply assurance, value delivery, policy compliance and supplier performance management.
• Analyse data, performance results and market insight to identify opportunities and recommend sourcing strategies.
• Partner with brand teams to understand business needs, review results, identify improvement opportunities and build action plans.
• Manage key supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, optimise performance and ensure compliance with information security and data‑privacy requirements.
• Establish contracts, KPIs and expectations with suppliers to deliver high‑quality work aligned with business goals.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work closely with brand and supplier teams.
• Willingness to learn, develop and progress within P&G’s purchasing function.
