Junior Civil Engineer – Funded Chartership & Bonus

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Civil Engineer to join a specialist civil engineering firm with over 50 years of experience. The role offers exposure to a wide range of projects, from small domestic schemes to large commercial multi‑million‑pound developments, and includes full sponsorship for chartered status.

Key responsibilities

• Support and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion.
• Work on a variety of projects ranging from small domestic schemes to large commercial multi‑million‑pound developments.
• Collaborate with senior and associate engineers, receiving mentorship throughout the project lifecycle.
• Perform both office‑based design and site‑based supervision tasks.

Required profile

• Qualified Junior Civil Engineer or equivalent with a civil engineering degree.
• Willingness to work on projects in and around Burgess Hill (commutable).
• Motivation to pursue chartered status with company sponsorship.
