Junior Client Manager

About the role

We are seeking a part‑qualified accountant to join a growing accountancy firm in central Eastbourne. As a Junior Client Manager you will support the Client Manager in servicing a portfolio of small‑ to medium‑sized businesses, building trusted relationships while developing your own client base.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing year‑end accounts for both personal and corporate clients.
• Handle personal and corporate tax returns, VAT returns and management accounts.
• Provide bookkeeping services and support day‑to‑day client queries.
• Gradually take ownership of a client portfolio with ongoing training and mentorship.

Required profile

• ACA, ACCA or AAT part‑qualified accountant.
• Previous experience in a small or medium‑sized accountancy practice.
• Organised, reliable and self‑motivated.
• Live within commuting distance of Eastbourne.
