Junior Clinics Broker

About the role

This entry‑level position offers a solid introduction to specialist insurance broking within the fast‑growing clinic sector. You will work in a hybrid model, splitting time between the Cheltenham office and home, supporting clients who need cover for aesthetic and laser clinics.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a high‑volume quote log and ensure all entries are accurate.
• Prepare and issue quotes, policy documents and related correspondence.
• Respond promptly to client enquiries and guide them through the quoting process.
• Assist clients in securing appropriate insurance cover.
• Develop sector knowledge to answer technical queries confidently.
• Keep records up‑to‑date and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient service.
