About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Commercial Property Agent to join a well‑established consultancy in Bishop's Stortford. This trainee position offers hands‑on experience across a mixed portfolio of commercial properties, supporting both sales and lettings activities.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect, measure and value commercial properties for sale, letting or acquisition.
- Prepare marketing materials, reports and property listings.
- Conduct viewings with prospective buyers and tenants.
- Negotiate deal terms and draft heads of terms.
- Liaise with solicitors, clients and internal teams through to completion.
Required profile
- Genuine interest in commercial property.
- Some experience in an agency or sales environment.
- UK resident, preferably within a 30‑minute commute.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a personal car.

- Competitive salary £25,000‑£27,000 per year.
