About the role

Join Invesco’s Investment Compliance team on a 12‑month fixed‑term traineeship based in Oxfordshire. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in compliance monitoring, regulatory reporting and cross‑functional collaboration within a global asset‑management firm.

Key responsibilities

• Complete structured training on investment funds, financial instruments and compliance frameworks.
• Support compliance monitoring activities, escalating queries to senior staff as needed.
• Maintain investment restriction reports, trend analyses and trackers with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
• Collaborate with ESG, Product, Legal, Investment Management and Technology teams on compliance initiatives.
• Provide general assistance to the Investment Compliance team and take on additional tasks as skills develop.
