Junior Construction Estimator – Fit‑Out Projects

About the role

This is an office‑based junior estimating position within a specialist fit‑out contractor serving commercial clients across healthcare, education and other sectors. You will join a supportive team that offers full chartership funding and clear progression pathways.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare tender packs, take‑offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for commercial fit‑out projects.
• Produce pricing documents and final tender submissions.
• Support the pre‑construction process by cost planning and quantity surveying activities.
• Collaborate closely with senior Chartered professionals who will mentor and fund your chartership journey.

Required profile

• Junior estimator or similar role with a construction background.
• Ability to commute to the Merseyside office (Liverpool area).
• Motivation to develop technical estimating skills and pursue chartership.
