Junior Coordinator

About the role

Our client is seeking a proactive Junior Coordinator to join their Operations team in Uxbridge. You will support the delivery of customer projects by coordinating inventory, supplier activity and sales orders, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor programme inventory and allocate stock correctly.
• Track and report monthly inventory usage and consumption.
• Coordinate movement of components into production kits.
• Process stock receipts and support inventory transactions.
• Maintain accurate project information on customer sales orders.
• Liaise with international purchasing teams to resolve order allocation issues.
• Expedite supplier purchase orders and follow up on critical deliveries.
• Review and release sales orders where appropriate.
• Obtain and maintain supplier quotations.
• Support inventory planning, replenishment activities and ad‑hoc operational tasks.

Required profile

• Approximately two years of commercial administration, customer service or office support experience.
• Excellent organisational and planning abilities with strong attention to detail.
• Confident communicator able to build relationships across teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP/MRP or other business systems (desirable).

• Permanent contract with a competitive salary of £30,000‑£35,000 per year.
