About the role

This Junior Creative position sits at the heart of our co‑creative influencer agency, helping to shape authentic, data‑driven campaigns for top brands. You will work closely with the creative lead, account managers and partnership teams to translate briefs into compelling creator‑focused concepts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and pitch culturally relevant, insight‑driven campaign ideas rooted in storytelling.
• Collaborate with influencers to co‑create content that aligns with brand objectives and platform algorithms.
• Assist in concepting, shooting, and editing social‑first video and image assets.
• Present ideas and briefs confidently to internal teams and clients.
• Provide clear feedback to creators, vendors, and the wider team to ensure high‑quality output.

Required profile

• Passionate about social media, especially TikTok, Instagram and emerging platforms.
• Strong cultural awareness and ability to spot trends and sub‑culture movements.
• Portfolio demonstrating social‑first thinking and high‑quality content.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with TikTok and Instagram platforms.
• Basic video shooting and editing capabilities.
