Junior Data Analyst

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our independent media agency in London. This hybrid role offers a supportive analytics team where you will turn complex data into clear insights that drive business decisions and improve campaign performance. Ideal for graduates or early‑career analysts eager to develop technical skills.

Key responsibilities

• Produce reports and dashboards to monitor campaign and business performance.
• Work with data from multiple sources to ensure accurate and reliable reporting.
• Identify trends, patterns and opportunities through data analysis.
• Support the development of Business Intelligence tools and dashboards.
• Assist with ongoing reporting, research and analytical projects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand data and reporting requirements.
• Help improve reporting processes and data quality.
• Learn new technologies and analytical techniques as part of professional development.

Required profile

• A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science or a related analytical discipline.
• Strong Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Analytical mindset with excellent problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Curious, proactive and eager to learn.
• Effective communication skills to explain data insights clearly.
