Junior Data Science Manager - Econometrics/MMM

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Data Science Manager to join a fast‑growing UK‑based data team within a global marketing and media analytics business. You will work on Marketing Mix Modelling (MMM) projects for leading brands, turning complex data into actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and implement Marketing Mix Models using open‑source frameworks.
• Utilise tools such as Google Meridian, Robyn and PyMC throughout the modelling lifecycle.
• Deliver end‑to‑end MMM projects, from data preparation and model deployment to insight communication.
• Assess model performance, validate results and translate findings into strategic recommendations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and clients to present insights and support decision‑making.
• Balance hands‑on technical work with client‑facing delivery.

Required profile

• Approximately 3 + years of experience in data science, analytics or marketing science.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Practical experience with MMM methodologies and statistical modelling.
• Familiarity with open‑source MMM frameworks such as Meridian, Robyn or PyMC.
• Comfortable presenting insights directly to clients.
• Agency or marketing analytics background is a plus.
