Junior Demand Planner – D2C Operations

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Junior Demand Planner to join our Direct‑to‑Consumer Operations team in Chertsey. You will support demand forecasting and inventory analytics, helping ensure the right products are available at the right time.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in developing and updating rolling demand forecasts using historical sales data and market trends.
• Analyze sales performance, seasonality, and promotional impacts to improve forecast accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather inputs and align demand plans.
• Monitor stock health, identifying risks of stockouts or overstock.
• Prepare monthly demand cycle reports, KPI dashboards, and management presentations.
• Maintain data integrity across planning tools and ERP systems.

Required profile

• Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related field.
• Strong numerical ability and passion for data‑driven problem solving.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
