About the role
We are looking for a Junior Design Coordinator to join our busy team in Berkhamsted. The role blends quality‑control responsibilities with hands‑on support for the creative and design team, offering a varied day‑to‑day experience.
Key responsibilities
- Proofread and quality‑check design output using approved QC software and checklists.
- Identify, mark and report errors to ensure timely correction.
- Monitor performance data and produce quality reports.
- Support the creation of design presentation decks and assist with rendering tasks.
- Provide general creative assistance and help with range reviews.
Required profile
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational abilities and the capacity to follow procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Proactive attitude towards identifying and resolving issues.
Required skills
- Experience with QC software (any approved tool).
