Junior Design Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Design Project Manager to join our small, award‑winning team in Tonbridge. This full‑time, permanent position offers hybrid working and immediate involvement in high‑quality design projects from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Support client consultations and communications, translating requirements into design concepts.
• Shadow senior staff in meetings and presentations to learn industry best practices.
• Coordinate with suppliers and partners to obtain quotes, place orders, and manage logistics.
• Produce, proof, and finalize design deliverables and project submissions.
• Assist in allocating resources and tracking project progress through to completion.

Required profile

• Relevant degree or qualification in Product/Industrial Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Graphics, or a related field.
• Or transferable experience in design or a creative discipline.
• Ability to commute to Tunbridge Wells within a 30‑minute travel time.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CAD software.
