Junior Designer – Womenswear Print & Graphics

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Junior Designer to join our fast‑moving Womenswear team. Based in either Liverpool or London, you will help create both speed‑to‑market and seasonal prints and graphics for our own brands, The Very Collection and Michelle Keagan.

Key responsibilities

• Research and develop print and graphic trends for jersey, woven and nightwear categories.
• Produce trend boards, catwalk reports and shop reports to inform design direction.
• Collaborate closely with buying and technical teams to ensure commercially viable, fashion‑forward prints.
• Prepare detailed print and graphic packs for factories, advising on techniques, colours and production methods.
• Source and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and react to sales data to optimise designs.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Assistant or Junior Designer within a womenswear print & graphics team.
• Strong presentation skills and confidence presenting designs in meetings.
• Good understanding of printing techniques, fabrics and colour theory.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple categories and adapt to fast‑changing priorities.
