Junior Digital Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Digital Designer to support our Senior Designer and the wider Creative team. You will help create visually impactful digital assets that serve clear commercial goals while learning from experienced colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with video editing and versioning for digital and social channels such as YouTube, Meta, TikTok and VoD.
• Develop concepts, graphics and layouts for a variety of digital marketing deliverables.
• Collaborate closely with senior designers and cross‑departmental stakeholders.
• Ensure all work follows Charles Tyrwhitt brand guidelines.
• Incorporate feedback to improve creative quality and performance.

Required profile

• Experience in video editing, preferably with Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of corporate branding, layout, colour theory and typography.
• Some exposure to designing for digital marketing or social media channels.
• Strong communication, planning and organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining high quality.
• Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and proactive.
