Junior Electrical Engineer – Training & Progression

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Electrical Engineer/Electrician to join our specialist team in the South East. You will work on the maintenance, commissioning and troubleshooting of specialist emergency lighting systems while gaining valuable training and career progression.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair electrical systems.
• Install, set up and commission specialist emergency lighting systems.
• Maintain and service emergency lighting installations.
• Provide technical advice to clients on electrical matters.
• Produce and maintain accurate project documentation.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 or higher in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems and a desire to develop further.
• Ideally hold an 18th Edition qualification and/or an ECS card (not essential).
• Full, valid UK driver’s licence and willingness to travel locally and occasionally further afield.
