Junior Engineering Technician (Labelling)

About the role

This is an entry‑level position for an aspiring engineering technician who wants to develop a career in mechanical engineering within a global labelling solutions provider. You will be based in Hatfield and receive full mechanical training while working on a variety of design and production projects that serve national and international clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to the production department.
• Assist in the mechanical design of labelling systems and related accessories.
• Support sales and after‑sales activities, including troubleshooting and customer liaison.
• Collaborate with design and production teams on multiple projects delivered across the UK.

Required profile

• Recent graduate or junior technician seeking a permanent, full‑time role.
• Willingness to travel to the Hatfield site and work on‑site.
• Strong interest in developing mechanical engineering skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with AutoCAD.
• General computer literacy.
