Junior Estimator – Chartership Support

About the role
This office‑based position supports the pre‑construction process for a specialist fit‑out contractor. You will work alongside senior chartered professionals, gaining full funding and mentorship to achieve your own chartership.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare tender packs, take‑offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for commercial fit‑out projects.
- Produce pricing documents and compile final tender submissions.
- Collaborate closely with senior Chartered estimators and quantity surveyors.
- Follow a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule, 8:15 am‑5:15 pm.
Required profile
- Junior Estimator or similar role within the construction sector.
- Relevant construction background and ability to commute to Merseyside.
- Interest in pursuing RICS or CIOB chartership.
