Junior Field Service Engineer – LOLER Training

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Field Service Engineer to join a specialist access‑platforms business. You will receive full training on LOLER examinations while working on a mix of workshop repairs and on‑site service across the UK.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out LOLER examinations on customer sites throughout the UK.
• Service, refurbish and repair access equipment such as scissor lifts, boom lifts, narrow access platforms and spider lifts.
• Perform pre‑delivery product inspections.
• Provide on‑site servicing and repairs outside regular hours, including a one‑week‑per‑month call‑out roster.
• Work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:30, with occasional travel and lodging when required.

Required profile

• Willingness to lodge when travelling to distant sites.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Motivation to develop technical skills and obtain relevant qualifications.
