Junior Field Service Technician (Medical)

About the role

This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience servicing medical devices across a regional patch in Scotland. You will receive full OEM training to become a Test and Calibration Technician, working for a global leader in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Perform field service visits to install, test, and calibrate medical equipment.
• Travel within the assigned regional patch, using a company van.
• Document service activities and maintain accurate records.
• Provide timely support to customers and respond to urgent service calls.
• Participate in overtime and door‑to‑door pay opportunities as needed.

Required profile

• Motivated to start a career in the medical device industry.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills through on‑the‑job training.
• Comfortable working independently across a regional area.
• Desire for progression towards a Calibration Technician role.
