Junior Finance Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a commercially‑minded Junior Finance Business Partner to join a fast‑paced organisation in Milton Keynes. Reporting to the Commercial Finance lead, you will work closely with sales, marketing and purchasing teams to provide financial insight and support decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver monthly and quarterly financial performance reports, highlighting variances and risk/opportunity areas.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Create and maintain dashboards that communicate key financial KPI metrics.
• Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives.
• Challenge and influence decisions on new bids, tenders and commercial agreements.
• Serve as the primary finance contact for operational teams.
• Provide ad‑hoc reporting and analysis as required.

Required profile

• Proven experience in a stakeholder‑facing, business‑partnering role.
• Ideally a finance qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA); PQ and QBE profiles also considered.
• Willingness to work onsite 3‑4 days per week in Milton Keynes.
• Background in a product‑led organisation (e.g., FMCG, manufacturing, engineering).
