Junior Full Stack Web Developer - Europe

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Full Stack Web Developer to own end‑to‑end delivery of web initiatives for European markets. You will translate business goals into measurable actions, run experiments, and collaborate with cross‑functional squads to ensure high‑quality, data‑driven outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of web delivery projects, from planning through execution and optimisation.
• Translate business objectives into KPI trees, sprint priorities and weekly action plans.
• Design and run structured experiments, documenting learnings for scaling decisions.
• Coordinate with creative, technical and operational teams to align dependencies.
• Maintain QA discipline, clear reporting and leadership‑ready status updates.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in full‑stack web delivery.
• Hands‑on capability with PHP, MySQL and front‑end integration.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills in cross‑functional environments.
• Data‑informed decision‑making with comfort analysing KPIs and performance metrics.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to meet deadlines.
