Junior Graphic Designer – Hybrid – Leeds

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our internal creative and digital agency team in Leeds. Working two days a week on‑site alongside the digital, marketing and creative teams, you will help bring a diverse portfolio of European brands to life across digital, social, print and presentation channels.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, video and animation specialists to produce multi‑channel marketing assets.
• Interpret briefs, ask strategic questions and develop visual concepts that exceed stakeholder expectations.
• Create engaging graphics for websites, social media, email campaigns, print collateral and internal presentations.
• Support the Marketing Strategy Heads and senior executives across 14 business areas with timely, on‑brand visual solutions.

Required profile

• Junior‑level experience in graphic design, preferably within an agency‑style environment.
• Strong visual storytelling ability and a passion for branding.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑moving, hybrid setting.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience using Figma for UI/UX design.
• Familiarity with AI‑enabled design tools.
