Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our studio team in Surrey. You will work on a mix of web, social media, digital and print projects for B2B clients, creating visual solutions that communicate brand messages effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Design web pages, social media graphics, digital assets and print collateral.
• Create user‑friendly interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications using Figma or Adobe XD.
• Produce motion graphics and simple animations with Adobe After Effects and LottieFiles.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure designs align with B2B strategies.
• Maintain brand consistency across all deliverables and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required profile

• Passion for visual storytelling and a strong creative mindset.
• Ability to quickly understand client products and translate them into compelling designs.
• Interest in typography, colour theory and cohesive brand identities.
• Client‑centric attitude and willingness to work onsite five days a week.

• Adobe Illustrator

• Midjourney, Firefly, Ideogram or Kittl (AI image tools)
• Basic knowledge of JavaScript (optional)
• LottieFiles animation
• 3D rendering (bonus)
