Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

Footasylum is looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join its in‑house creative studio at The Sharp Project in Manchester. Working alongside experienced producers, photographers, art directors and marketers, you will help create visual content for both Footasylum’s own brands and global sportswear partners.

Key responsibilities

• Produce graphic assets for print and digital channels, including e‑commerce shoots, campaigns and in‑store activations.
• Support the Lead Graphic Designer on campaign roll‑outs and key business projects.
• Prepare accurate artwork files for both print and digital activation, ensuring brand guidelines are applied.
• Contribute creative ideas during project development and manage your own workload to meet deadlines.

Required profile

• Recent design graduate or early‑career designer with a strong portfolio.
• Passionate about graphic design, streetwear and youth culture.
• Embodies Footasylum values of Collaboration, Communication and Challenge.
• Keen interest in UK culture and sportswear brands.

Required skills

• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficient in Adobe InDesign.
