Junior Graphic Designer

About the role

We are looking for a creative graduate or early‑career Graphic Designer to join the in‑house creative team of a fast‑growing North West online retail brand. Reporting to the Creative Manager, you will help produce visual assets for both digital and print channels, gaining exposure to a variety of marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design assets for digital marketing campaigns, including social media, website graphics and email marketing.
• Support the creation and optimisation of paid and organic social content.
• Prepare and edit imagery for multiple platforms, ensuring brand consistency.
• Assist with product launches, seasonal campaigns and ad‑hoc design projects.
• Produce print artwork, packaging and branded merchandise.
• Create simple motion graphics, GIFs and animated assets.
• Deliver all work on time and in line with brand guidelines.

Required profile

• Degree or qualification in Graphic Design or a related creative discipline.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visual design ability.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage several projects and meet deadlines.
• Interest in branding, visual storytelling and ecommerce environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects.
• Basic motion‑graphics and GIF creation skills.
