Junior Graphic Designer – Remote (occasional travel to London)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our B2B events specialist team. Working remotely with occasional travel to London, you will support the creation of high‑quality marketing collateral and website content that drives audience engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Produce marketing assets such as social media banners, email graphics, digital ads, speaker and sponsor guides, and on‑site event collateral (banners, backdrops, digital signage).
• Design engaging content pieces including industry reports, infographics and brochures.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to ensure websites and collateral convey the right messages.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, freelancers and clients to deliver projects on time.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in a junior design role.
• Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related field (preferred).
• Strong eye for detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
• Experience using WordPress, Webflow or similar CMS platforms.
• Proficiency with Canva or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with creating landing pages in HubSpot or comparable platforms.
