Junior GRC Consultant

About the role

We are partnering with a specialist cyber security and compliance consultancy to find an ambitious Junior GRC Consultant. This remote‑first position is ideal for someone early in their cyber/compliance career who wants hands‑on experience with ISO 27001, Cyber Essentials and real client projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct risk assessments, gap analyses and maturity assessments for clients.
• Support delivery of ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials projects.
• Draft policies, procedures and other compliance documentation.
• Prepare client reports, research notes and industry insight pieces.
• Assist with sales and marketing activities such as proposals, CRM updates and case‑study preparation.

Required profile

• Genuine willingness to learn Governance, Risk and Compliance.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Required skills

• None explicitly listed; exposure to ISO 27001 or Cyber Essentials is desirable.
