Junior HR Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior HR Advisor to join a fast‑growing HR consultancy. You will work directly with business owners, providing expert advice on HR documentation and ensuring compliance with employment law.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct phone and Teams calls with clients to discuss HR documentation needs.
• Review, draft and update employment contracts, letters, policies and employee guidance.
• Create new HR policies and documents that protect both employer and employee.
• Provide practical, legally‑compliant advice on HR and health‑and‑safety matters.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and advice given.

Required profile

• Background in HR, CIPD qualification or employment law knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly with business owners and staff.
• Enthusiastic about developing a career in HR and eager to learn.
