Junior Loss Adjuster

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Loss Adjuster to join our small, dynamic team in Glasgow. This position offers a clear career pathway from desk‑based claims handling to field adjusting, supported by a structured development programme.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a personal caseload of commercial and domestic property claims.
• Conduct virtual desk‑top claims handling using digital systems.
• Coordinate with external adjusters and surveyors as required.
• Participate in team meetings for training and support.
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.

Required profile

• Passion for progressing to a field adjuster role.
• Experience handling building‑related claims (commercial and domestic).
• Strong written, verbal and face‑to‑face communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
• Minimum Cert CILA, with a willingness to work towards Dip CILA.

Required skills

• Knowledge of building construction and property claims.
