About the role
This is an entry‑level position with a global OEM, offering hands‑on training to become a technical specialist on advanced machine tools. You will work in a supportive environment and develop expertise across mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
Key responsibilities
- Perform routine planned maintenance on machine tools and associated equipment.
- Assist in troubleshooting and repairing mechanical, electrical and hydraulic components.
- Progress towards a first‑time service role with increasing responsibility.
Required profile
- Engineering qualification such as HNC/HND, apprenticeship, NVQ Level 3 or a related degree.
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical and hydraulic systems.
- Full UK driving licence.
