Junior Marketing Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Marketing Assistant to support a major global technology client within a B2B PR agency in Reading. The position is permanent, full‑time and hybrid (three days in the office, two days remote).

Key responsibilities

• Create blog posts, press releases and LinkedIn updates for the client.
• Assist Account Executives with day‑to‑day marketing activities.
• Support the preparation of client communications and content calendars.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Directors to deliver campaign results.
• Help maintain client files and basic reporting.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine interest in marketing or PR.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Local to Reading or able to commute realistically.
• Degree preferred but not essential; office experience beneficial.
• Available to start immediately.

Required skills

• Excellent writing and copy‑creation ability.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
