Junior Marketing & Sales Assistant

About the role

This is a full‑time, entry‑level position based in Manchester, focused on face‑to‑face campaign marketing. You will work directly with the public to raise awareness of products and services while supporting the client’s customer acquisition goals.

Key responsibilities

• Represent client campaigns through direct, face‑to‑face interactions with members of the public.
• Raise awareness of products, services and initiatives.
• Create engaging conversations and positive customer experiences.
• Support customer enquiries, registrations and sales opportunities.
• Work towards individual and team objectives.
• Participate in ongoing training and development sessions.
• Contribute to a collaborative and positive team environment.

Required profile

• Confident and outgoing communicator.
• Interest in marketing, sales and business development.
• Positive, ambitious and self‑motivated.
• Comfortable meeting and speaking with new people.
• Eager to learn and develop professionally.
• Experience in retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles is beneficial but not required.
