Junior / Midweight Graphic Designer – London

About the role

Major Players, a leading independent brand and design consultancy, is seeking a Junior or Midweight Graphic Designer to join its small, high‑calibre creative team in London. You will work directly with the Creative Director and the CEO/CCO on global briefs covering brand identity, retail, environmental graphics, digital and more.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute ideas and creative thinking throughout the design process.
• Design independently to bring creative direction to life.
• Collaborate across strategy, interiors, content and production teams.
• Prepare artwork and assets with accuracy and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent in Graphic Design or a related discipline.
• Strong grasp of typography, layout, composition and visual hierarchy.
• Portfolio demonstrating breadth across brand, print and digital work.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Figma knowledge (a plus).
