About the role
We are seeking a motivated Junior Mortgage Broker to join our established brokerage in Wigan. This position provides the opportunity to develop mortgage expertise while assisting clients in securing residential and buy‑to‑let finance solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Advising clients on residential and buy‑to‑let mortgage solutions
- Managing mortgage applications from submission through to completion
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and lenders
- Keeping up to date with lender criteria and market developments
Required profile
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mortgage broking
- CeMAP qualification
