Junior Multi-Media Artist

About the role

We are seeking an imaginative and organised Junior Multi-Media Artist to join our London‑based Creative Department. Working in a small, friendly team, you will collaborate with creative strategists, designers and developers to produce compelling digital experiences for a variety of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Creative Lead and Creative Strategist in turning concepts into pitch‑ready visuals that meet brand and client objectives.
• Support live projects by contributing to design, UI, motion graphics, and 3D asset preparation.
• Prepare, resize and optimise assets for delivery across web, livestreams and social channels.
• Create promotional and awards assets for social media, website and client submissions.
• Manage multiple tasks across projects, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are upheld.
• Communicate design decisions and progress clearly with the Creative Lead and wider team.

Required profile

• Strong visual sense with an eye for detail in colour, typography and composition.
• Curiosity for learning 3D and immersive technologies.
• Ability to juggle several projects simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Required skills

• Fundamental understanding of UX/UI principles.
• Basic motion‑graphics knowledge and ability to animate assets.
• Familiarity with 3D asset organisation and preparation.
