Junior Paralegal – Corporate & Commercial Law

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Junior Paralegal to join the legal function of NIYAMO CAPITAL in Mayfair, London. The role offers a recent law graduate or an early‑career legal professional the chance to work on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters within a fast‑moving investment and management business.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements such as supplier, service, confidentiality and corporate documents.
• Support legal operations by ensuring compliance with UK legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare documentation for Companies House filings, corporate governance and other regulatory obligations.
• Liaise with external solicitors, legal advisers and professional consultants to coordinate instructions and monitor ongoing matters.
• Conduct legal due diligence for acquisitions, investments, financing arrangements and other corporate transactions.
• Provide general legal and administrative support to senior management across hospitality, property and other portfolio sectors.

Required profile

• Recent law graduate or candidate with 0‑2 years of legal experience.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and take ownership of assignments.

Required skills

• Legal drafting of commercial agreements.
• Knowledge of UK corporate and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with Companies House filing procedures.
• Ability to conduct legal due diligence.
