Junior Paraplanner

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Junior Paraplanner to join a growing financial planning firm in Farnborough. Working closely with Financial Advisers, you will provide technical support in research, report writing, and compliance to help deliver high‑quality client advice.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing suitability reports, financial plans and cash‑flow models based on client data and adviser guidance.
• Conduct research on financial products, investment solutions and technical planning areas.
• Support the production of accurate, professional client reports and recommendations.
• Liaise with clients by phone or in person when required.
• Help advisers with meeting preparation and provide technical administrative support.
• Support the implementation of advice, including completing and processing applications.

Required profile

• Previous experience in IFA administration or a junior paraplanning role.
• Progress towards the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (minimum one exam passed).
• Exposure to report writing or suitability report production.
• Eagerness to learn and develop a career in paraplanning.
• Experience with an industry‑relevant CRM or back‑office system.

• Proficiency with a CRM/back‑office system used in financial planning.
