Junior Paraplanner

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Paraplanner to join a financial advice team in Hertford. Working closely with the Head of Advice, you will help prepare client reports, manage onboarding, and support the delivery of bespoke financial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the client onboarding process and maintain accurate records in the CRM database.
• Perform client ID and AML verification checks.
• Submit and chase applications with providers and keep client forms up to date.
• Organise and attend client meetings, write minutes and fee proposals.
• Assist in preparing performance data, suitability reports and meeting follow‑up actions.
• Provide administrative support, diary management and office supplies inventory.
• Support the Investor Portal (MoneyLocker) and respond to client queries.

Required profile

• Motivation to develop as a qualified adviser and progress to senior roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.

Required skills

• CRM database management.
• AML verification procedures.
• Experience with the MoneyLocker investor portal.
